At Framing The Planet we use Fotomoto to deliver our images as secure downloads and professional prints. The quality of all prints and canvases from Fotomoto is superb ensuring our images are delivered to you with highest standard finish and guarantee of quality.

What is Fotomoto?

 
Fotomoto is a service that helps you buy photos and photo products instantly, securely, and with confidence — directly from the photographer or website of your choice. Fotomoto works with photographers and photo websites to ensure that orders are properly processed and photo products (such as prints, cards, calendars, merchandise and more) are professionally printed, professionally packed, and shipped to the customer.
 

How about printing and shipping?

 
Fotomoto constantly work with their printing facilities to ensure that our printers stay calibrated for the best possible output. They have access to multi-million dollar printing facilities that are not easily accessible to individual photographers. Therefore fotomoto can print at a very high quality at reasonable cost.
 
In addition to printing, fotomoto care of packaging and shipping for the photographers.
 
As a result, the photographer Chris Smith has more free time and peace of mind to focus on his or her photography, and you as the customer receive a professional service and high quality products with every order.

Also notice that you are still directly in touch with your favorite photographer. We are not a middle-man and we do not resell photos. We are doing the work on behalf of the photographer. We also handle customer support – if your acclaimed photographer is traveling to shoot some new exotic photos, we’re always here to look into order issues and take care of you and other customers.

 

I do not live in the US. Can I still purchase photos?

 
Absolutely. We ship internationally, and we pack products professionally to make sure that they can be safely shipped to destinations far away.

 

Does Fotomoto have a refund policy?

 
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fotomoto purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days and we will refund the cost of your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Checking the Status of your order & Contacting fotomoto

When you placed an order via Fotomoto, you should have received an email confirmation that includes a link to check the status of your order until it is shipped.

When your order has shipped, you should receive a second email with a link to track shipping progress which you can do via our Support page. if you did not receive a notification or if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Fotomoto Support.
